That is not a good combination. I think of bicycles and motorcycles taking more active steering than cars. And a car and a hands-on cellphone is not safe.
Not only is steering a motorcycle a lot more participatory than steering a car, you use your right hand for the gas and front brake, and your left for the clutch. Having a hand off the handlebars long enough to talk on a cellphone is just asking to become a smear on the road.

I'm not even going to comment about the inherent stupidity of having ones' ear *accessible* to a phone while riding a motorcycle--due to what this means re: brain-bucket.
