Applesauce is a wonder food because it can be consumed through a straw from a cup. That says breakfast all over.

I love it. It's healthy, nutritious, does not taste nasty, and very quick and portable. Pour into cup, bring cup with. Yay.

You know those plastic cups they come in for lunches and stuff, with aluminum foil on the top? She just punctured the foil with one of those pointy-end straws from a Capri-Sun drink, and used it like that. :)
