Morning. (Dammit.)
So V. is the closest to perfect in a woman that Adam's found. So the person he is around me is not who he really is. So the person she influences him to be is really him. ...So there's no need for him to wear a condom with her because she's on the Pill. So he's monogamous, and he's aiming for dating her. So she's not ready to date him yet; she's still with her guy, her increasingly unreliable guy. So she wants the option, in the future, of her being his #1.
...So I'm falling out of love with Darkside.
....It does help, some, when the guy you're crying over is willing to hold you while you're crying.
Stayed up far too late last night working on web page. Adam was asleep by the time I got to bed. Normally if I come to bed late he'll adjust to curl up against me. Not last night. Lonely.
Came to school earlier than usual. Waited for Darkside to arrive. He'd mashed his alarm off and woke up late. He failed to amuse me at one point; I was irritable enough that when he continued on the same line of conversation after I'd said that was enough, I attempted to just walk off, to duck into a classroom to avoid him.
...No, I'm not in particularly good mental shape, thanks for asking.
