Still plenty annoyed with the BOfD. The part that gets me is the technical inaccuracy. Factory only my ass.

I do not think that technical people do well with this kind of "service".

Well, no. Which is why I wouldn't call up for warranty coverage on my stuff. If, for example, I broke my phone I'd just fix it myself instead of calling Sony-Ericsson.
