Have taken a second look at that notice. It's evidently for planned shutoff, not for nonpayment shutoff. There are two things on the same little notice, and evidently the appropriate one is checked. So it's probably that the old company is having it shut off, and the new company is turning it on.

And from a different part of the article, I'm kind of wondering how the river experience will be made any more wholesome by making sure that any jello shots are Really Really Big.
