I would argue for the clinical use of Imperio to aid physical therapy and treat psychological addiction and other bad compulsive behavior.

I would be violently opposed to this.

It's the sort of thing where you'd have to have all kinds of explicit consent beforehand, with the people who are doing the Imperio questioned under Veritaserum on a regular basis and with all kinds of oversight and checks and balances, but for someone who absolutely needed to not do that one specific thing, I think it would be perfect.
