I seem to be the computer person around here still. The computers work when I touch them still. I do not get why they do not work for the supervisors.

Well, yes, but how much clue does it take to try the keyboard if the mouse seems to not be responding? Really?

One of my husband's co-workers used to not understand about the capslock. The guy would call Myk up and tell him his password was broken. Now okay, English wasn't this guy's primary language, but when this is a repeated offense? I mean weekly for months! Time to get out the clue-by-four. ;P

Actually, not so. It's a call center, but not a tech support call center. Market research telephone surveys is the name of the game over here. All you have to know how to do is log in to Windows, open the telnet program with its pre-set connection, enter your user ID, and navigate the menus to read the survey off the screen and enter the programmed responses. There are some people whose computer skills are barely equal to this.
