We can reach our destination, but we're still a ways away.
Next weekend: Sunday renfair excursion planned by
chas_ and
smmc. I am pretty sure that I'm in, unless finances slap me and say "You're what now?!"
Not sure about departure, arrival, departure, and arrival times, but standard best practice is to show up for parking early so we won't be way out at the far end of the field where we can't find the vehicles. Other best practice is to arrive in formation so that parking happens together if possible. Other other best practice is to split up into teams for cruising the fair, all of whom can play cellphone tag with each other, with a pre-arranged meeting time and place in case of no signal/not heard. Bring ice water and $ for fair food.
myrrhianna has yet to see the Ded Bob show, and the Tortuga Twins are a must. (If you feel like going again.)

This year it's running Feb 10-April 01, and that's pretty typical. I recommend coming early in the season due to heat.
