Schedule 40 PVC pipe of one inch diameter or smaller. Foam padding. Duct tape.

If you have a local natural gas distributor, it may be worth your time to go to their service department (pretend you have a mobile home and need a 'trailer kit' to get the appropriate contact information from the Front Desk), and talk to the nice person there about getting some 1" plastic line - this isn't quite as stiff/tough as Sch. 40, but it's much heavier, much thicker walled. (HDPE vs. PVC)

'Course, this depends on having a) the genital fortitude to use such a beast, and b) the upper body strength to wing it around.

in all actuality, HDPE thickwall is less suitable for spudgunning than sch 40 PVC, it's tested for a much lower pressure.


which is why my gun doesn't weigh 2-3x and isn't black with yellow stripes.
