Aha. I just didn't know how common a nickname it was. There is one prior azurelunatic, who appears to be male, in Denmark, and not active since I'm not sure when.
Google turns up: a taxi driver, something in Hebrew (where it means "peas"), a Japanese poet, and some of my embarrassing stuff. There might be more, it's been a while since I last checked. I think I'm the only one who uses it as a nickname online, though.
By the way, I associate azurelunatic with you, so I'm finding it difficult to grasp that the name is actually gender-neutral ;)
Oh, hm, well put it that way... I think never had that problem, because I'd been seeing you around LJ with your black-haired white-shirted female userpic *g*.
