Annotated History (the forest for the fire)

I love the way I can link back to past moments that I reference here in LJ. This makes a lot of my less comprehensible entries far more comprehensible, because you don't (always) have to wonder what, exactly, it is that I'm referring to -- just click link and see.

Of course, some of the things I refer to are written in the paper journals of the past, the paper journals of now, but not online, or solely in the Book of the Flesh.

I love my writing. Vocation, avocation.

I originally read that title as "Automated History". After the double-take it looked like "Animated History". Damn, it's late.

It's an REM quote. I would have to pull out all the albums and play them to find out which one, though. I'm pretty sure it's from "Ignoreland".

Be aware, though, that this pseudointellectualist bullshit only comes out of me some of the time; other times, I show a far keener awareness of fashion, and, most importantly, love. Well, not so much the fashion. I'm who I am, and that includes the more boring, 20 posts a day on slow days with a lot of brainfill, side of me.
