I always wish people a boring flight. When they ask why or look at me strangely, I ask if they really want an exciting flight. At that point, most laugh and agree with me about boring flights being good ones.

Yeah, my husband uses that one when he flies his plane. When I fly commercial flights, I have slightly higher standards!!!
