Trauma and You, Part Four: The Squishy Bits -- another Medical Post from Making Light. These seriously squick me, but I'd rather read it and be squicked and have some of that information available to me in case of crisis than, you know, not.

I def read "recovering a lost cat" as "recovering a lost category" and expected a guide on how to get Embedding reinstated.

Also <33 batnav.

they have a cockporn *trucker hat*. this should not amuse me as much as it does.

also, I am with you on the squicky stuff. I was doing okay (making loud "ew" noises at the monitor, though) until I got to "eyeball avulsion" and had to stop.

The average Jim medical post doesn't squick me. THIS one does. I think it's the growing up around power tools.

*LOLs at the "cockporn" shirts* XD

Before looking at it, I thought that the one on missing cats was one of those tongue-in-cheek ones in the vein of "cat bath ninjitsu" and "how to give your cat a pill." But the whole site itself (and not just the part on searching for missing pets) looks very nice and informative. ^__^
