soulmates
Votania says that you can have more than one. Knew that much already myself. It's when you meet, you've already known each other. When you reach out to each other and combine powers, it merges into one... that's what I've felt. That's what I've been feeling.
There's no need for a lifebond to be exclusive.
Right now I just want to be near, to grow strong in the presence of someone who doesn't mind my strength, is willing to allow me to be myself, who takes offense if I hurt myself, whether it be in the name of good or evil.
I will settle, romantically, for no less than a soulmate.
Or two. Or three. Or perhaps none at all, with just a succession of lovers who are good close friends, leaving my soulmates always at a distance from my bed. Workable, that. Heart-tearing agony to not touch, sometimes, but if touch is permissible, then I may seek sexual satisfaction elsewhere with clear heart.
