This is an absolutely gorgeous track, and I can see it for either the beginning or the ending credits for at least Season 1.

Darkside says (yes, I was discussing it with him, though no character origin stuff) that there really needs to be a strong plot arc or it won't hold together (in general). I think what's happening so far is pretty good, but it's still being built.

It feels like an ending credit song to me. The beginning would totally be a dramatic instrumental piece. You know, in my head.

It would be hard to pick a specific short segment of that to be the title music.

That makes sense. This is the one with the moody animations with the credits superimposed. You know, the one where he's standing with his back to the camera looking off the top of a building over the city, where she's sitting on a park bench watching rain slant down, where they're swinging each other around by the hands on the top of that same building, his trenchcoat and her skirts and her hair all flying wildly.

That one with the swinging around is the last bit, of course, and then we may have a "fade-to-black" mood shot of the city. Moonset, maybe?
