Battle of the Eyedrops

Nephew does not like pinkeye. Nor does he like eyedrops. I have the feeling it's something that's going to be worse each time, especially when he's very tired.

Evidently, blender = mai tai's.

Helpful hint for eyedrops for children. Don't drop them directly into the eye. Have the kid lay on his back, and drop the eyedrop just at the corner of the eye, towards the nose. The eyedrops will then run *into* the eye just by blinking. You have to use a bit more, but far less stress.

I gotta make another push for the aloe vera juice...it feels like cool water. No burn, no sting. Feels very refreshing. Soothes the itch, too, temporarily. And no limit on how often you can use it. :)

Having looked at the ingredients of the eyedrops yesterday, I think the repeat suggestion of aloe vera will go over quite nicely.

This is a witchy household, after all.

Tried that, evidently. It works better when the kid is at least passively cooperative, rather than actively uncooperative and turns head so it rolls over nose the other way.

No, he's not the most biddable angel in the world. He's a fighter like Mommy.
