Crab Dip
8oz Neufchatel cheese
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 T minced green onion
2 T fresh, minced parsley
1 T fresh lime juice
1 t Worcestershire sauce
¼ t wasabi or horseradish

Mix with a fork till smooth.
Â
Fold in One 6-oz can of crab meat drained and checked for bits of shell.
Season with dill weed, black pepper &/or paprika to taste.
If desired, top with coarsely chopped toasted pistachios.
