What does DADA stand for, other than Defense Against the Dark Arts?

Exactly that. But in the context of computers, the Dark Arts would be cracking/etc., so defense would be network security and similar. :D

Um. Dye poodle purple? Literally? Ooh, a purple poodle! That would be so cool!

Literally! My aunt has talked many times about dying the pom-pom on the poodle's tail safety orange or purple or some other bright color so he is more visible when he wanders off somewhere. However, even though I am left alone with the poodle for today and part of tomorrow, I ought not to do this as he is not my poodle. It is the sort of operation I leave to my cousin (who is notorious for interesting pranks).
