To the great grief of I think most of the support volunteer community, tupshin no longer works for LiveJournal.

Wow. :( I of course don't know much about the inner workings of support, but that guy always seemed to know what he was doing. I hope he finds a great job soon.

I only recall one instance where he didn't know absolutely everything about what was going on, ever. He totally knew what he was doing. And I hope he finds somewhere very soon too.
