Inbox -10
Yesterday I had the singular experience of watching my whole inbox disappear before my eyes, then vanish from the trash. IT accepted my hypothesis of a stuck delete key. They said they'd get back to me.
Today I learned that if you're into Inbox Zero, warn the nice tech who will be restoring your box. Otherwise Tythey may freak that they could not get it all back.
Sorry, dude.
Tomorrow early. Commencing horizontal hallucinations.

Do you/Overlady have advice on avoiding it?

Inbox: Things I haven't sorted.
Archived: Things I have dealt with completely that don't need to be deleted any time soon.
To-Do: Things I have to do, and probably immediately.
To-Do/Soon: Things I have to do, but not until at least tomorrow.
To-Do/Later: Things I have to do, but either not until next week or else after I finish the other stuff.
I haven't had this in place long enough for it to break, but it's going to depend on me going through the "Soon" and "Later" regularly and bumping things into their proper time-dependent categories.

Strangly enough, mine's also not the largest mailbox in the exchange cluster- most of the crap I have is text alerts from various monitoring systems.
Outlook/you Exchange mailbox- IT'S NOT A FILE CABINET. :D :D
