If I did, I would probably use my actual email address, for two reasons. First, under the assumption that the culprit is an actual co-worker, it is the work of less than thirty seconds (depending on computer and network speed) to look up my work email address when given my name (posted on my cube) and my cube location. Second, my email address -- actually, both my work address and my professional-named gmail address -- have been prominently posted in my cube since day 1.
