Those are not two pictures from different angles and different lighting of the same person?

Only one picture shows a sideburn.

The clothing is different (if subtly); I assume that hair is a thing that can be shaved and grown.

Only one of them is Rob Brydon, too.

The other guy I can't quite remember his name. I think he's either Armstrong or Miller from Armstrong and Miller.

I'm surprised someone would confuse them - Rob Brydon is Very Welsh and I'm pretty sure the other guy is English, their voices would be completely different.

Would that difference be audible (even if not identifiable) for someone with little or no exposure to regional UK accents? (Or, if it makes a difference, with the subset of regional UK accents present when speaking English.)
