Rob Brydon is Very Welsh and I'm pretty sure the other guy is English, their voices would be completely different.

Would that difference be audible (even if not identifiable) for someone with little or no exposure to regional UK accents? (Or, if it makes a difference, with the subset of regional UK accents present when speaking English.)
