And a milestone!

Somehow, between the fact that I am, in fact, chatty enough to post upwards of seven times a day on average, and possibly dodgy stats (because DW is supposed to mirror my LJ post for post except for a very few) the counts don't match, but that doesn't particularly matter right now, because ...
...this, according to the stats on my profile here, will be my 26,000th entry. Made on my 10-year anniversary.
Dang, guys. I'm chatty. I've become less so over the years: less spare time, more condensing multiple topics into the same entry. Boosting the count is the way I use the journal sometimes a bit like Ari Emory's tape vaults, saving anything that might have gone into my head for later reference. But still. Hot damn. Thanks, you guys, for sticking around. I ♥ you.
(And now I go to faceplant for an early bedtime.)

It seems so long ago, and yet also not. It think that you can go back and read over it keeps it current, but the massive changes in your life make it also seem remote.
It's very weird.
