immaturity, thy name is Azz.
Automatically assigned usernames that ought to be reconsidered, part many of many:
Personal name: begins with S
Family name: is/begins with Hart
Policy: first letter of personal name concatenated with full|first n>=4 of family name
Result: a username containing the string "shart", which the young folks on the internet tell us is a portmanteau describing a very undignified bodily function.
So help me, there's a co-worker who I've never had occasion to interact with, who has a username fitting this description. It's a username built from their name! They have little choice in the matter! Yet, when I see their username, it's all I can think of. Bad brain.

But then, we have some rather interesting people at work who's names gave our old provisioning system conniptions.

Are there 4 more letters after that? If so, it's... kind of apt.

They changed it for him. Apparently, Chris Taylor comes up with a combination they found inappropriate for business purposes.

Though the first time I saw it, it was claiming to be real. I can't find that page right now though.

I ran into someone who knew me only as Kreacher last time I was on a date. That was kind of interesting to explain to said date.

(BTW, if anyone *does* know the lldb equivalent of "bt X", I'd love to know it. In gdb that means "X levels of backtrace", in lldb it's "backtrace thread X - all 30 levels of it". When I have a frequently hit "break, backtrace, then go on, because someone is calling this at totally the wrong time" set I'd like to not have so much noise.)

I keep imagining a scenario with a person called Monsieur Otherfucker, but that's probably strictly in the realm of chosen online names.
