It's poorly-written Ruby. It's not published anywhere because it's extraordinarily bad code (it's not even version-controlled :o( ).

It looks like it needs active_support and curb, beyond that it everything else should be in Ruby 1.8.7's standard library. It's not tested against 1.9. There's some particularly horrible stuff to do with timestamps, because I was silly and set this specific VM up to have a native clock in GMT/BST instead of UTC.

Having said all that, if you want a look, send me an email address and I'll send you a copy of the file. If nothing else it should be a good starting point for something less foul!
