I work in a job with computers.

My work makes computers that run inside other computers, and other things to run computers. Sometimes a lot of people need to use the same real computer at the same time, so my work makes tiny pretend computers inside the real one. Sometimes a lot of real computers need to work together like one very big pretend computer. Sometimes the shared computer is very far away. My work thinks it shouldn't matter how far away a computer is if you need to use it or manage it, and that computers can decide how to manage which job to put on which real computer faster and better than people can. Some people build the way the computers look to use. They want to make sure it is easy and fun, and so you don't have to read a very big book on how to do it first.

My job is to help those people. Sometimes I can sleep late. Sometimes I have to get up early. I make calls. I say when people are busy or not busy. I order stuff. My over-lady has lots of things to do, so I do the easy things so she can do the hard things. Sometimes I work with computers. Sometimes I work with paper and paint. Sometimes I write down what people have said. It is different almost every day.
