Oh come on now it's not that bad here. We don't live in igloos or drive dog sleds. Toronto would not be the place to raise a family, there are much better surrounding areas that are about an hour drive to Toronto that are much nicer and much less expansive because the cost of rent in TO is thru the roof. As for the cold you'll adapt I'm sure and if not there are parkas.
