Now that I think about it, what do babies poop? With humans who eat solids, the poop is the undigested solid parts of what they ate. With babies, and with vampires, I would not have thought there were any undigested parts.

There still must be solids from dead cell waste. Also, I do not expect 100% efficiency from any system.
