I'm allowed to take ibuprofen when I pop out a couple marble+ sized blood clots, right?

Ibuprofen or any other stronger painkiller if feasible/suitable/appropriate, I'd say.

But the use of that word that came first to my mind, "spelling bee", is competitive, not collaborative/cooperative.
