I work at a cyber cafe. we've as of yet only been warned to "be on the lookout for suspicious characters". more to come, though, i'm sure.

No...this is fairly common there. And the safety conditions are abysmal.

They periodicly go through and shut down the cafe's just to show they still have all the power and remind people of that.
Par for the course for them.
