Mulder was mad. Scully was missing. Again. That damn smoker! He munched seeds.

He grabbed phone. "Hey, guys? It's me. I'm coming over."

He knocked. They opened up. Mulder saw them. Short, punk, square. His best friends.

"Thanks, guys."

They hacked. He sat. He waited.

"Mulder, I found--"

"You did!?!"

"Well, almost. Look."

Mulder saw. Clearly a ploy. He went anyway. He shot aliens. They exploded. He found Scully. They got out.



Morning headlines came. Great big fire. All evidence gone.

You're really required to capture the essence of a series in that word limit.

That's how I got the idea. It was on an Anne Rice drinking game. Take a shot if she manages to use a sentence of just three words. So then I was rewriting Vampchron in three word sentences.

Louis has angst. See Louis angst. Angst, Louis, angst! Lestat is evil. Lestat likes killing. Louis burns Lestat. Burn, Lestat, burn! Lestat's not dead! etc.

Suddenly there's a fanfic challenge. I may try my hand at more fandoms.
