Tuesday after game night I wandered into the Renaissance Man in the hallway and we chatted. It was pouring down rain outside. I had an umbrella. He didn't. Happily, we'd parked in the same garage. So we shared mine while complaining about conference rooms: who books a room 3 months in advance? Me, actually.

I did get earwormed with that umbrella song.

Every time you guys down in the Bay Area get a really good winter storm(s), that means it's cold as heck and dry up here near Seattle (it never got out of the thirties today, with bright sunshine, and it was down below 20 last night, which is Just Wrong).

We want our rain back now please.
