Realized that I needed to refuel before I headed out to work today. Got coffee and did that.

I've been keeping track of some of the things that we would have to take into consideration should we ever move office. Someone has to!

I was very correct to not trust those badges. Also, if a bomb's on a readily shed-able piece of your clothing, when your enemy is distracted, you get that fucking bomb right off your tits. Just saying, Nat, just saying.

EEE THE ARROW NECKLACE.

OH GOD PEGGY.

SAM SAM OH GOD HOW I LOVE YOU SAM.

Maria and Natasha talked about the bullets.

Nick and Sam talked about Nick g-ing the f o.

LOOK I MAY NOT HAVE A DATA CENTER OF MY OWN, BUT WHEN SOMEONE IN THE FUCKING MODERN WORLD SAYS "BLADE" IT IS AT LEAST TWO INCHES THICK. GO GOOGLE IMAGE SEARCH BLADE SERVERS TO GET A BETTER IDEA WHAT THAT IS IN A WORLD THAT IS NOT MADE OUT OF SCIENCE FICTION.

It was helpful of them to label Stan Lee.

What they described as a 'blade' was more like just a PCB, but then again it's not uncommon for systems like that to be built out of racks of custom PCBs with various digital or analogue logic on them, microcontrollers, or data storage.

I was more wondering why they were randomly sitting on the exposed underside of the helicarrier: won't they get wet when it lands in the sea, and isn't that a really unsafe place for when people have to do routine maintenance? If I was a sysadmin on the helicarrier, I'd've insisted the navigation/control circuitry was in a temperature and humidity controlled secure room somewhere on the INSIDE.

So, I saw this: http://hackaday.com/2014/04/06/vcf-east-the-swyft-card/ and it made me think of this post.
