Clergy problems
As clergy, I have a duty to ease suffering where I find it... all the things I swore when I took the Wizards' Oath so very long ago, after duly considering the responsiblities of it. I think I took the Oath the first time I read the book.
...So what happens when you know that to ease the suffering should be within your power, yet you don't know the manner in which to do it?
Petition the gods, I suppose. Empty and right oneself like in the sermon of the cups, that the gods' blood/wine may not be wasted when it's poured down, mercy and blessing and duty to the petitioner all at once.
My secular solace came of Miles and Cordelia. I should not be surprised when my spiritual advice comes through the medium of Caz.
For those who are interested, # means "protected" in a certain design language; I set the # notation on certain friends-only filtered entries.
