Wine Dine 409 Me

Gave the kitchen floor a perfunctory scrub. Won't be walking in there for a while: floor's all wet now. Got the most of the dishes rinsed and in the washer waiting for more.

I'm thinking about completely re-arranging the living room. If I moved the bookshelves from where they are now, I might return the couches to the cozy corner structure, but that would entail moving the hub. That could be done, though. It would mean a lot of work, though, and I'm not sure I want that kind of committment today to rearranging the house. It's already almost three, and I haven't even gotten my own room done, though it's getting closer than it was. I used some of the old exfoliating facial scrub I found in one of the bathroom drawers. We'll see if that works wonders for my complexion or not.

Today really needs incense.

You know, it's strange. With your new icon, I feel as though someone else is writing in your journal. And for a moment, I think, "what a jerk! how dare that 'other person' invade her journal like that!"

But then I stop....*nod*....and say, "oh yes...that's still her." hm.

Well, I'm used to them, you see....like that one...the star trek one...I still recognize that as you. The one the sticks out in my head when I think of you, though, is the girl with the crazy (kindy spikey) blue hair.

There are photos on my website... I don't. Not anymore. I look far more like Francine than I do spiky blue-hair... that was one of my personalities when I was multiple.

I completely rearranging my kid's room recently. Seriously arduous, but it looks so much better...

Not a problem at all! Welcome aboard the insanity.

I may get around to rearranging on Tuesday, or I may not, depending on class schedule and how drained I am or not. We'll see. Today was a very tiring day for whatever reason, and all I did was maintained law and order in the house!

Last week was my creating-order week.. this week, I have to finish Miss Kid's room and get everything put away, as I have a houseguest coming in on Thursday who's staying in her room (Miss Kid herself is with her grandparents for the summer).

Today, I have to get things cleaned up and put away after a) the flood, and b) the preparing for the flood getting into the house, which it didn't.
