Leftover Monster
Too much in the fridge. I'm full. Should eat sloppy joe for lunch tomorrow, as tonight we ate Chinese (veggie chow mein, orange chicken, broccoli beef, and rice) and there are leftovers that should have been first in the queue.
Have been contributing to Votania's shopping list, as she now has to be in charge of the getting of stuffs. She should get a giggle out of one of the items on the list -- condoms, extra-large. Also on there would be shampoo and conditioner for me, a brush for the cat, a lamp for the east bathroom vanity, and similar things that normally I'd have taken care of. I guess she gets to see how a Lunatic operates, up close and personal. Silly Azzie.
Today Votania's sick, poor dear. A/C at work was broken yesterday, it seems, so she spent the whole day ducking in and out of the freezer, and -- well, I used to think that the expression "caught a chill" was an old wives' tale. Evidently some people's immune systems weren't raised in Alaska, with freezing outdoors and tropically heated indoors.
Tired Azz will nap for a while, then swap the clothes over from washer to dryer. Been a while since I've had to do laundry -- that would be the two-week trip in there, of course.
I'll see if Darkside is up for some fun tomorrow afternoon. The movie variety, of course...
