Dear Chief of Innovation,

It's possible that you're looking for me.

The last four years of my life have been dedicated to seeing to the needs of a dynamic team of innovative technologists, with a range of requirements that went from mundane calendaring, travel, and office supplies to some slightly more exotic tasks such as replicating obscure bugs and filing tickets, knowing how to reprogram the light switches, and flawlessly execute a 100+ person event when disaster struck two of the key organizers in the week before.

I became the go-to person for several teams when the Powers that Be replaced our venerable and well-loved helpdesk Bugzilla installation with another (less open and free) solution. The new tool was built on top of ServiceNow, which I understand $COMPANY is now using
