The Plan for M-Day
After looking longingly at purple mattresses, I put in an order for something completely different highly rated for modern mattresses for large people. Titan Hybrid, if I recall correctly.
It's supposed to take up to 2 business weeks to manufacture under normal circumstances. No idea how long it will take under the pandemic + isolation. Then it'll ship.
I talked the plan through with the housemates.
* Mattress arrives.
* Stick in a corner or something to it out of the way.
* [Possible overnight wait]
* I wake up for the day
* Strip bed
* Disassemble current mattress stack
* Base mattress to basement
* Gel foam pad toalexseanchai
* Other pad either to media room or basement
* Sad egg carton foam shreds likely to garbage
* Deploy new mattress
* Afternoon & airing out
* Dinner (important)
* Re-make bed, taking note of sheet depth
* Remainder of evening
* Bedtime
