death and teeth
Also out of the blue: jd let me know around noon that asciident has died unexpectedly. She was within driving distance but we never made the chance to meet each other. She was a large part of the hosting of the private LJ IRC. I reactivated my Facebook account (however briefly that turns out to be) because it looks like a lot of the communication is happening there. One of the other folks told the relevant Discord server. Her mother and her husband's mother are coming; her husband is staying hydrated and I am confident that at least one of the incoming mothers will make him eat.
I had two days' worth of pills left. I've been meaning to box pills for two weeks. I boxed my next six weeks' worth of pills once it was apparent I wouldn't have to go rushing off, and I finished and was thinking that I should have a snack just slightly before 5, and hey, why *was* I avoiding chewing with the left side of my mouth anyway, I got it fixed up this past winter...
... and my god damn crown falls out.
Nothing compared to someone just up and DYING (her husband says it was likely her heart) but a little bit too fucking much for today, kthx.

My faceblindness serves me badly here, because I can't bring to mind the things she was, but she wasn't backstabby or mean or so many of the things people do that make you want to not be around them. Which really says a lot.
