From Dr. Skelebones to Dr. Twatbeams & Dr. Bitsblobs

Dr. Skelebones says that at this point she's not doing surgery, and in fact is handing me over to colleagues because of reasons.

* The bone that's got holes in is one of the lesser bones, and doesn't yet look super fragile.
* The tumor is Son of Endometrial Cancer, and not per se a bone cancer, and it's equal odds whether this outpost started from a cancer that got into the bone, or started from a cancer that got into the abdomen and then started chewing on the bone.
* It is inconveniently placed, and getting it out would involve both my entire right hip and be right under a big juicy blood vessel that supplies most of my entire right leg's blood
* Because the rest of my hip is in such good shape, she doesn't want to replace the whole thing.
* She will be monitoring the bone, and getting say an x-ray 3 months from now.
* If the bone starts to look too fragile, it's Screws O'Clock.

So because of all of that, I'm getting handed "back" to Gyn-Oncology. ("Back" here is in scare quotes on account of the whole 2016 thing was in a different state and through a different medical group.)

I have appointments with Dr. Bitsblobs and Dr. Twatbeams on the 16th. As new patient appointments, those appointments can be telehealth. So I've got an hour of video chat with the first bone, half an hour to recruit my forces and refresh my drinks, and then another hour of video. I suspect that I won't be kept waiting for an hour on the video appointment.

This at least has the feel of well-oiled roller skates, even if we might hope for Yeager's rocket sled.
