Speculation, not canon.
At any rate, Drewface had some headcanon, and that got me curious about whether I could find a showtime that wasn't likely to have Huge Crowds Exhaling. I viewed a showtime that had, at an hour before, 5 seats sold.
Belovedest got home; I started the task I'd laid out for them to do while they got some food in themselves. I was done by the time they were done, and we got to the theatre, got ourselves sodas (but no popcorn) and got settled in.
It was a movie! I appreciated the use of "Push" (Matchbox Twenty). I saw a different model of My Barbie in the credits. We took pictures of each other in the Barbie Box.
Particularly hilarious moments:
The extremely-tandem bike
The cube farm chase sequence
The entire existence of the cube farm, because omg that is incredibly inefficient space utilization and honestly if we're talking about layers of Matrix/Pattern, that's at least 1 layer away from us, if not several more
