I warned you about stairs...
I re-read Gideon the Ninth again, this time for my Halloween costume. It destroyed me. Again. I know this! Why do I keep doing this?! I warned me about stairs, bro. (Are there stairs in your house?)
So if I'm getting chemo on Halloween, you see, the least I can do is dress appropriately. I have acquired a seafoam green flimsy nightgown with questionable frilly rose decorations, and I have various textiles and could add more frills. Add a skirt that ought to be a nightgown, a parasol, and a completely frivolous hat (and I'm great at completely frivolous hats) and you've got an instant Seventh House costume.
