Reasonable to want, possible to get
I got a theoretical A+ in physical therapy by using the website that my ptherapist pointed me at to log my progress. Then we happily chatted about Libby (the library app) while I did 15 minutes on the 4-limb shove machine, on account of I just needed an ebook to read during the session.
We tested my time doing a 10 foot seated-to-seated not-sprint.
We used the bar at the edge of the treadmill to support some tiptoe exercises. I spontaneously demonstrated that I do still like to put my foot up on the barre.
I conscientiously made sure we didn't exceed the appointment time too much.
On our way back, I did a dramatic reading of Gallus's latest adventure. It took 3 loops of the soundtrack to finish. Belovedest spontaneously supplied one of the lines. A good time was had by all.
Belovedest and I did the shopping once we were back. That took a while as well.
I fit everything in the freezer except the potato and cheese sauce dish. That was part of dinner.
