It was much worse before the meds kicked in. So that helped, but I'm still awake.

I hope it’s getting better by now. (My personal experiences with that level of “oh CRAP ow” associated with exertion has it lasting more than a day or two, so I hope to hear that sympathy now is a bit late but fear that it’s not so)
