What the fuck are notes for anyway

The chemo session notes were approximately "patient tolerated chemo well."

TUESDAY WAS NOT AN UNEVENTFUL CHEMO SESSION.

At least I would have expected there to be a note about the IV being obstructed constantly.

I have an appointment with normal radiology for yet another fucking chest x-ray, so they can refer me along to interventional radiology. I have composed a message to Dr. Chemdrips' team about how Tuesday actually went.

Yeah, they definitely need to know what really happened. I wonder whether the person making the notes didn't want to put in writing that they messed up here.

I don't really think it was particularly any screw-ups other than me having bad veins and a loose connection. It was just ... Bad.

Knowing the likely pitfalls of the last attempt hopefully means they avoid them and fall into completely new pits while they're at it.

Or at least maybe avoid them all?
