Washington State has vote by mail; you can vote early by mail, but if you're down to the wire there are voting boxes at various places so you can drop it off and make sure it gets counted.

I changed my signature between when I first registered in the state and one particular vote; I was emailed about it since I provided an email on the form on the ballot envelope. I filled out the form and scanned it and emailed it back.

Getting people to vote and getting their vote to count is one of the major tasks of this election sequence. It's always nice to live somewhere that makes it really easy for everyone.
