This might be THE activity tracker

So, one of the things I look for in an activity tracker is the ability to know when I am about to Regret What I Have Done.

This activity tracker can notify you if it discerns that you are likely to exceed your energy budget for the day.

I haven't gone through all the FAQs and I haven't looked in to the tracker itself yet, but holy cannoli, this is a feature I have been BEGGING fitbit to do.

Yes, it's designed for ME/CFS and similar conditions and is very popular over here. The free version isn't quite useful enough for me, but I haven't yet tried the paid version.

That does look like a very useful feature to have available in a tracker device. So many of them are about pushing you to a goal, rather than helping you manage your days accordingly.
