Grey

Nephew has his first white hair. I discovered it at the mall when getting my glasses fixed. He's, what, five? He's getting it from my side of the family, probably, since my father had a generous sprinkling of white hairs by the time he'd graduated high school.

Myself, I'd say, without research, "Pfft!" to the suggestion, and call the growth hormones into question if, say, he started growing chest hair around now.

And when you consider that Juliet was considered old enough to be getting married at 13, I'd say that, if anythng, childhood is extending. Adolescence hitting early is widely considered to be an effect of proper nutrition. The only reason it seems like white hairs are coming earlier is that they're supposed to go with maturity... when you consider that I'd have been a hopeless old maid, unmarried at age 22, with no children... heh, looking so young as I do, they'd be suspecting me of witchcraft.
