Successfully swapped over credit card account to new checking account, and made a payment over the phone before talking to operator. Called up the bank's primary help number and learned that it was an error that sent me two debit cards for my new account: use the new one, which has some interesting magic numbers in the account number. I should be receiving two PIN numbers; the only way to find out which number goes to which card is to try them both; the only way to activate the card is by calling their activation number with the PIN.

I am successful and joyous and happy and all that good stuff. I am handling my business. I like being able to do that. It makes me happy.
